Article 4 (Return shipping and handling charges)

Article 5 (When refunds cannot be made)

Some of the products sold through this service are custom-made products that are individually processed and produced using materials and souvenirs provided by customers. Please read and agree to the following before placing your order.

For custom-made products, we will begin the carbonization and synthetic processing process immediately after your order is confirmed, so we cannot accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or returns of items you have kept after your order is confirmed.

No.7Article (Processing risk of entrusted items)

  1. Although we take great care in processing, there may be cases where processing becomes difficult due to the following reasons during pre-processing inspection or during the processing process.
     (1) If the deposited item is determined to be unsuitable for carbonization
     (2) If the stored item is damaged or damaged due to force majeure.
  2. If the preceding paragraph applies, we will promptly contact the customer and discuss the preparation of alternative materials.

No.8Article (clarification of non-refundable items)

Due to the nature of the processing process, refunds are not available for custom-made products and processed products as stipulated in the preceding articles, regardless of completion or results. However, this excludes cases caused by our company's intention or gross negligence.

The contents of this policy may be revised without notice in response to amendments to laws, changes in service content, changes in logistics and processing costs, etc. The revised contents shall become effective from the time they are posted on this service site.
